Today was another busy one for HSU Cycling’s athletes. Joe Mulleary raced in the morning’s Division 2 Short Track XC. Mulleary got tangled up in the heated race and finished 31st. The afternoon was filled with 4x Qualifying and Finals. Humboldt State made a splash in Division 2 as Justin Graves qualified 2nd and Kevin Pabinquit qualified 6th. Graves made an untimely exit in the first round but Pabinquit would go on to claim 4th in the Men’s Division 2 Final.

Thunderstorms threaten tomorrow’s DH, and the morning’s seeding may yet be replaced with an early final to beat the storm. Whatever the case, times will likely range from 4:00 to 4:20 and our boys should be right in the mix.
